Network Interfaces that have been created manually in CM will be match against the NMS list by using their (ParentLinkedKey,  Slotname) as unique key.

Network Interfaces with component types that have been included in the mapping but don’t have a NE parent with a LinkedKey will be match using (ParentName, Slotname).

if the NI Linkedkey doesn’t exist and there is an NI in the same Parent and slot in CM the DSE Manager will assigned the linkedkey of the NI and update the optional attributes.
