Possibility to move the objects for a better display, only effective if "Number of elements" was selected when arranging the objects

After "Direction" the pipe is placed in the direction in which the end location is relative to the viewing location.

After "Number of elements" the pipes with the most sub-elements are drawn in the horizontal, the others above and below.

 

In the library you can change the part settings in the Parts->Settings menu under "Connections: Arrange diagram" the standard arrangement can be selected.
