i.Adjust or zoom the A3_Detail_Map so that it fits well in the A3_Detail layout window.

 

ii.Make sure that the A3_Detail layout map is the active map window (Windows  A3_Detail).

 

iii.To print the layout window as PDF, from main menu bar, File  Print PDF. To print in raster format (.jpg, .bmp, .tiff, etc), File  Save Window As. In the Save Window to File dialogue box, select the format of your choice in the Save as type input field.
