1.Collapse rule: If the card type is empty or has a generic text for exampe card 13751_CARD has generic text “FPC: FPC @ 6/*/*“ then collapse. Example FPC 6 is collapse and PIC card 13748_CARD is inserted into Network Element. Same for FPC 0 as well.
2.Ignore rule: If SerialNumber column is BUILTIN then ignore the card. For example below JuniperEX4200 PIC card is built in so ignore this card
