An NE will be created in ConnectMaster for each shelf. NE name will be appended by shelf index

•Device type is identified by ProductType

•Location is identified by NELocation

•Status is identified by AdminState

•IF NE is a filter type Device , element will be created and named as ne-S12_ShelfIndex(first character)-S13_SlotIndex Devic type will be mapped to ShelfModuleName
