The toggle button ‘Grouped’ enables grouping items by its category or type and it is available in every sub list on the details of a selected item (Location, component, physical path, signal, event, transport container).  

 

When loading a sub-list on a details pane, the layout changes based on how many results there are.

If there are over 30 results, then it will load with the grouped toggle turned on and all group-headers

collapsed.

 

If there are fewer than 30 results, the grouped toggle will be off, and all entries are loaded.

 

 

 

Items that could be grouped are the following:

 

-Components grouped by its categories

-Sub-Locations are grouped by its typescameron

-Physical paths and transport container are grouped by locations it is contained within.
