Change Management allows users to work in separate child workspaces independent from the Base Data parent layer. This allows planners and designers to clearly separate their planned network changes whether green field or brown field from network As-Built.

Designers also have the ability to plan different scenarios within the project, and choose which one to merge back into the base data.
