Configuration

Object Status Rules are configured under Library -> Other -> Object Status Rules.

Currently there are 22 rules.

•Container -> Container

•Copper Terminal -> Container

•End Device -> Container

•Network Element -> Container

•Network Interface -> Network Interface

•Panel -> Container

•Splice -> Pit

•Underground -> Underground

Status Control

Select details for each applicable rule to configure its status settings.

Details

In the details page of each rule, the left-hand column provides a list of all status types configured against the object type that the rule will be applied to. These status values are automatically populated based on the settings in Library -> Other -> Object Status Types.

In the example below this would be when the user tries to set the status of a card.

When first configured the right-hand column will be blank until the administrator defines the valid check object status. Administrator will be provided with multi-select options based on the status types defined for the Check Object.

In the example below this is the status types available for MUX.
