•To set the rights of a user to segment administrator

Segment administration rights

•To create, edit and delete segments

•To create, change, delete the segment assignments of location systems, locations and components

•To test the network segmentation in active as well as inactive state

•To activate the network segmentation

•Display segmentation statistics

Note

A System Administrator per default has these rights. With the module ‘Extened User Rights’ the System Administrator may assign the administration roles ‘User Administrator’ and ‘Network Segment Administrator’ to ‘Normal’ Users.
