A TC is visible if it is part of at least one user assigned segment
 
Create
The TC inherits the segments of the A- and Z-Locations
 
Changing the ports
As soon as ports are assigned to a TC, the segment assignments of the TC are no longer taken from the locations but from the cards of the ports.

Visibility, external locations and Ports are concealed
