Based on the workflow defined in Library-> project template, authorised users will be able to transition the project to the next stage.

Click on the coloured button to proceed to the indicated stage.

Note: Button Name and Colour are defined in the template.

 

 

 

The final transition before closing the project will be labelled – Close Project. This action will close the project and merge the changes into the database.

 

Once the Close Project transition is initiated users will be prompted if they want to proceed.

If they continue and merge the project, then the plan changes will be pushed to operational. There is no undo for this action and the change to base data is permanent.

 

Workflow setup identifies which stages are allowed to merge with parent base data. Library->Project templates->workflow->Activities -> Check box Merge Possible. If user decides not to complete all stages of the project then project can be merged with base data.
