Second step is to configure the calendar item template. The template is user definable using fixed text and DataTransfer names.

Fields

Organiser

E-mail address of the Exchange user that should be the organiser of the Exchange appointment. You can choose a Connect Master user via the ellipsis button, or you can insert an e-mail address manually.

Note:

1)Users can now be configured with an email address.

2)User must be assigned impersonation rights on the exchange server

 

Subject

You can write custom text, or DataTransfer names into this field. The DataTransfer names will be replaced with the corresponding information of the event when the event is published.

 

Text

The body of the appointment. You can use custom text or DataTransfer names (like <Subject>)
