Previously all tabs in VPN details were the same for VLL and VPLS. With the introduction of VPRN and VI different tabs are now presented to the users based on the VPN Kind.

Service Tunnel Tab

The Service Tunnel Tab lists all Services Tunnel TCs associated with the VPN.

Virtual Instances Tab

The VI Tab lists all Virtual Instances associated with the VPN. Supported for both VPLS and VPRN.

VI records can be expanded to show their associated SAP and IP Addresses.

IP Address Tab

The IP Tab provides a consolidated list of all IP Address associated with the VPN. Two Source types are possible:

1)Port – IP Address assigned to Physical/Virtual ports associated with a SAP

2)Virtual Instance – IP Address assigned within a VSI or VRF

Routing View Tab

The Routing View Tab lists the structured details of following objects associated with the VPN:

•Attachment Circuit TC

•Service Tunnels TC

•Pseudowire TC

 

This information will be used for future Visio Drawing capabilities targeted for SP#2100.
