In ConnectMaster, different types of networks can be graphically represented. Users can set how a network is represented in a Visio drawing as standard in the drawing type defaults.

Generally speaking, the defaults can be defined in ConnectMaster via the “File / Library / Visio / Draw” menu or always before ConnectMaster creates a network in Visio. For every ConnectMaster shape, in Visio, the shape/layer characteristics of the relevant shape can be changed via the shape menu “Change Text”.

Layout characteristics, template and shapes to be used can generally be defined for each drawing type.
