Equipment |
Just like cables, components of the category „Duct/Route“have 2 locations. Hence in components of this category, only “Cables” or in turn “Duct/Route” (subordinate Duct) can be equipped.

End locations |
The end locations of the “Duct/Route” are designated as follows: •A location •Z location These 2 locations must be defined on creating a Duct; they may, however, be identical.

End components |
In addition to the end locations of the “Duct/Trench”, 2 final components can be defined for the Duct: •A component •Z component The following additional characteristics can be defined on the Duct/Route:

Cascading |
In order to document pipe systems, it is possible to equip subordinate ducts in a duct. Example:
A cable begins in Location A, ends in Location B. Between A and C, it lies in the duct Sub A. The shaft C lies in C. This is where the duct Sub A ends. The cable is fed-through through the shaft. The duct B ends also in shaft C. Between C and B, the cable is drawn through the duct B that ends in Location B.
