ConnectMaster Shape	A shape is identified as a ConnectMaster shape if the „CM_type“ characteristic of the shape is set up. This characteristic is automatically set up for a shape with the “Define” action.
Checking and Updating...	With “Checking and Updating“, all shapes of the documents are checked to ensure that they match the current version and updated if necessary. By additionally selecting the “Create New Context Menu” option, the context menu of the shape to be updated is also restructured. This ensures that all actions of the current version are available on the shapes.

The table contains the following data for each shape:

Column		Description
Sheet/Shape
	Sheet	Indicates on which drawing sheet of the document the shape is located.
	Element	Number of the ConnectMaster shape of the sheet/number of all shapes of the sheet.
	Shape	Symbol	CM icon	Symbol of the ConnectMaster element allocated to the shape.
		Identification		A ConnectMaster element (ExKey set) is allocated to the shape.
				No ConnectMaster element (ExKey set) is allocated to the shape.
		Text	Shape text	Text entered in the shape.
	Element	ConnectMaster element allocated to the shape, otherwise blank.

	Please note! The table content matches the data of the drawing sheet and can hence (save for the name) be different from the data displayed in ConnectMaster.
	Additionally, various actions can still be started from the window. The following ConnectMaster actions are listed to the left of the overview table:

	Description
	Delete the selected line from the list and the appertaining shape on the drawing sheet. The assigned ConnectMaster elements are not deleted!
	Flag all invalid shapes in the Visio drawing.
	Flag the shape of the selected row.
	Go to the shape of the selected row.
	Go to and flag the shape of the selected row.
	The ConnectMaster text for the shapes corresponding to the selected rows is refreshed.
,	The data exchange for the shapes corresponding to the selected rows is refreshed.
	Only for valid shapes: Opens the Quick View for the ConnectMaster element allocated to the shape.
