OTO Action: Create wirings         Splice slot 1-4 = OTO#1 (wired slots are 1, 2 and 4)

                      Splice slot 5-8 = OTO#2 (wired slots are 5, 6 and 8)

                      Splice slot 9-12 = OTO#3 (wired slots are 9, 10 and 12)
