-There are two icons on top of the list

 

-Export: Creates a *.xml with all definitions in a file

-Import: The formerly created xml can be loaded. It is checked by name, if there a new view definitions or updateable ones. A message will be shown, to see what it is done.

-All imported views will be checked and generated and can then be worked with.
