Description

Before configuring letters to be used for autonaming the user needs to set up a naming part identification character. This character is needed for the autonaming algorithm to identify the previously used within names.

Procedure

To configure the character:

i.Open the Library

ii.Go to „General“->“Settings“

iii.Enter the character to be used within the „Delimiter“ field

 

Hint

The delimiter character is freely defined with the following restrictions:

i.Cannot be a number

ii.Cannot be an alphabetical letter between A and Z

iii.Cannot be a character used during autonaming
