CM windows Service ensures that in a project or scenario merge and refresh requests are processed sequentially rather than various users performing merges and refreshes of projects and scenarios.

Users will not get notifications to Accept/ Decline a Merge/ Refresh request by another user.

In this new feature multiple users will no longer be able to execute the various merge and refresh jobs. Since all requests will be processed by the queue in a sequential manner.

Users place requests in the queue by clicking on the current individual Merge or Refresh buttons on a Project or a Scenario.
