Upgrade          

After a new CM service pack is installed, a data base upgrade is needed so that CM can once again be started.  

If the data base is not upgraded through the AdminTool an error message is shown:  

 

 

As soon as the AdminTool is started and connected to the data base, automatically the question of an update is raised:  

         

 

Please confirm clicking on „OK“ so that you can update the data bank:  

 

 

Upgrade  

You can upgrade the data bank from #.## to ->#.## clicking on “upgrade” :  

 

 

Please confirm with “yes”.  

 

 

 

 

Please conclude the update with „ok“.  

 

Optimize DB          

Please note that if the box <Optimize database> is checked, during the upgrade the data bank is going to be optimized as well.
