Requirements

To carry out the import and export using command line parameters, the global  system environment must be the identical to the environment defined in  CMStartup.bat.  

(for example enivironment varaibles)  

Command line Parameters

The procedure „AtWinClient.exe“ has the following important parameters for  this task.  

Export command (example)

%CM_SYSTEM%\system\AtWinClient.exe –dbms=oracle  
–db=cm60test –user=cmsys –passw=***** –autoclose  
–dumpexp=“E:\Backup\Backup.dmp“  

Import command (example)

%CM_SYSTEM%\system\AtWinClient.exe –dbms=oracle  
–db=cm60test –user=cmsys –passw=***** –autoclose  
–dumpimp=“E:\Backup\Backup.dmp“

Usage

The command line parameters can be used for automatic backups and to  
update a standby server.
