Allocation drawing - document

Manual allocation

A document can be allocated in the detail view of a drawing by selecting it from the file system.
 

Creation

By creating a drawing in the drawing overview by New -> File, the file is allocated to the drawing immediately.

Save as

By duplicating a document within ConnectMaster with the action „Save as“, the allocation entry to the drawing will be removed from the file. It will be treated like a new file.
 

Close file

If drawing management is activated and a Visio document is edited by „Open“, „New“ or „Save as“ and closed afterwards, the request, if you want to add the document to the drawing management, occurs.

By accepting this request a drawing will automatically be created and the document allocated.
