Actions

The following actions may be carried out in connection with physical paths:

Create |
A physical path cannot be created as a new object. It is created automatically as soon as 2 unpatched points are cross-connected.

Extend |
A physical path can be extended by cross-connecting additional points or physical points together. This primarily occurs at their respective ends; however, it can also happen in any other place. |
Separating |
By removing a cross-connection in a physical path, 2 separate new paths are created. |
Search |
Physical paths in ConnectMaster have filters in which the user can search according to defined criteria. Please refer to Chapter “Filters”.

Delete |
The entire physical path or only parts of it are deleted. |
